Root Treatment :: A filled or decayed tooth with an abscess. The filling is removed to access the cavity. The root canals are reamed to remove the tooth nerves. Gutta-perchas are inserted to fill the root. These are then cut-off, sealed and the tooth filled. The abscess will reduce. A crown may be necessary later. Amalgam to Composite Fillings :: Amalgam fillings in the lower jaw can often be seen when we talk or laugh. But amalgam fillings can also sometimes be seen in the upper jaw. These can be unsightly and can also discolour the tooth. Composite (White) fillings are available to improve this.

Bone Changes :: When teeth have been missing for some time the bone and gums can begin to change shape. This can affect surrounding teeth.

Posterior Crown :: The tooth is prepared. A crown is made and fitted to the tooth.
